The Espace Killy, including the resorts of Tignes and Val d’Isere, is the most incredible skiable area with 300 km of ski runs. Named in honour to the triple Olympic winner Jean-Claude Killy and located in Savoie in the French Alps, this highest domain guarantees good snowfall all season-long.

Skiing in Espace Killy

Called officially “the most beautiful ski area in the world”, Espace Killy connects the two ski areas of Val d’Isere and Tignes covering three mountains and two valleys.

With altitudes ranging from 1,150m to 3,450m, there is a good range of slopes which can suit the needs of the majority. The Espace Killy contains 23 green runs, 67 blue, 40 red and 29 black. The area has also a vast amount of off-piste opportunities attracting the more adventurous. What more could you want? With the Espace Killy lift pass and an efficient lift system covering all the famous area, you can easily ski both resorts more the day. Espace Killy has more than 100 high speed lifts therefore queing is rare.

Snowboarders and skiers will enjoy the 2 snow parks, knowing that the one in Tignes is the largest in the world. There are a lot of off-piste possibilities close to the lift system. Some slopes stay open all year round thanks to their high altitude and two glaciers.

Val D'Isere and Tignes are two popular ski resorts for skiing and extreme sports in France. They are both very modern. Espace Killy is also a paradise for party goers.
