Chalet Le Refuge  

Situated in the resort of La Rosière (at an altitude of 1850 meters) most of the apartments have a south facing view.
Each apartment has a stone fireplace and a large living room while each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
This residence also has an indoor heated swimming pool and a sauna for you to enjoy.

All apartments are equipped with:
- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, raclette machine
- Living room with stone fireplace
- Bathrooms (or shower rooms) with private toilets in each bedroom, one hair dryer per apartment.

Included with your stay:

- Beds will be made on your arrival (except for beds in the living-room)
- For beds in the living room: bed linen, one blanket and pillow are provided
- 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person

The resort

Located at 1850m altitude on the French Italian border, La Rosière offers a unique ski experience with exceptional snow conditions and sunny south facing slopes. You can set off in the French Alps in the morning and be hitting the Italian slopes the very same day.

Ski area

La Rosière resort is an international ski domaine in the Northern French Alps, covering an area of 160 km of slopes. The Espace San Bernardino links La Rosière, in France, with the Italian resort of La Thuile. Its unique location guarantees excellent snow conditions from mid-December to the end of April.
The resort is perfect for all types of skier, from beginners to the more experienced. The Espace San Bernardo is ideal for families with children with 4 free teleskis and dedicated zones for young skiers.

Activities

During your stay in Le Refuge, you will have the opportunity to discover Le Mont Blanc, Le Petit-Saint-Bernard pass and Le Glacier du Ruitor. After your day on the pistes, you will be able to admire the architecture of the French region of Savoie, as well as the French and Italian delicacies of the Aosta Valley.
The resort doesn't just offer skiing, you can try out snowkiting, hockey or snow-shoeing and enjoy the lively nightlife.

Payment Options

Summer/Ski France offers 3 options for payment:
1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*. *(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival). For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher. Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Conditions

If you choose Standard Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival: 25% of the price of the holiday
-Between 14 days and 9 days before arrival: 50% of the price of the holiday
-Between 8 days and 3 days before arrival: 75% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 2 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

- If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

- If you choose Non Refundable Conditions

As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time.

Late arrival

In case of late arrival please call the reception or the reservation centre before 6pm in order to arrange key collection.

Check in and check out

Arrival: check-in on Saturday from 5pm
Departure: check-out on Saturday, inventory procedure to be completed before 10am

Deposit

500 Eur per apartment to be paid on the arrival (cash or credit card except American Express)

Cleaning

End of stay cleaning is included (except kitchen/dishes, balcony and bins)

Take the motorway to Albertville, then follow the signs to Moûtiers before taking the RN 90 to Bourg Saint Maurice. Then take the RN90 towards Col du Petit Saint Bernard / La Rosière

Col du Petit Saint Bernard is closed in winter. It is advisable to inquire about snow conditions on the village roads before setting out.

By train

SNCF - Bourg-Saint-Maurice station: access to La Rosière with the Autocars Martin coach company.
