Good to know
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
We include: Beds made on arrival, with bath robes and slippers, mid-week and end of stay cleaning, mid-week towel change, local tourist tax, satellite TV and free wifi. Our contactless catering service, where we shop, deliver and stock your kitchen before your arrival and half-way through your stay.*
*The backstage team's work of organising and delivering provisions and cleaning the chalet is all included in the marked chalet price. If you choose the Contactless catering service, the price also includes all your food and drink for the week. We will provide you with breakfast every day, afternoon tea and snacks, pre-dinner nibbles, plus a three course dinner on six of the seven nights, which also includes unlimited red and white wine and a few beers.
If you opt for our self catering service, the chalet price does not include any food or drink. Ski passes, equipment hire and airport transfers can also all be arranged in advance (with a supplement, as these services are not included in the chalet price). Please speak to one of our team to discuss your options.
