Location

In the heart of the French Alps there is much to be discovered in the region surrounding the Résidence les Arolles. The apartments are just minutes from the pretty town of Les Arcs and its many shops, restaurants and bars, and the Tarentaise Valley in western France provides much to be discovered, with some excellent trails for keen hikers and cyclists alike.
The residence is ski-in ski-out.

The Apartments

There is no better place to come back to after a long day spent enjoying the snowy mountainous scenery and crisp, Alpine air than these warm and cosy, classically designed cottages.

Every apartment in the Residence has been built in the traditional Savoyard style with exposed wood interiors. Despite its rustic appearance, Résidence Les Arolles is tailored to suit modern tourists and has an array of first rate facilities on offer. This includes a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a well-equipped gym. There is also a TV and wifi access in the apartments (except for some apartments). The kitchens come with an electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. Bed linens and towels are included and beds are made upon arrival. Every apartment has a cleaning pack. There is a private ski room, and wood is offered for the chimney (for the apartments with a chimney).
Guests can rent baby cots and highchair at the reception (sheets are not included), and raclette, fondue and pierrade appliances. There is also a bakery delivery service (to be ordered at reception before 7pm for the next morning).

Board options

All of the apartments at Résidence Les Arolles are self-catered, with modern kitchens, for guests who like to cook their own meals. It is easy to keep the cupboards fully stocked throughout your stay, as the resort's shops are just a few minutres from the apartments. Alternatively, there is a selection of restaurants to choose from in the Les Arcs resort. These eateries serve a range of food, from classic French cuisine to international options such as pasta and pizza and there is also an on-site pub.

Les Arcs

Its snow covered mountains make Les Arcs a well-known winter holiday destination. However, it has just as much to offer visitors during the summer months. During this time, the landscape becomes rural and peaceful, with luscious green hills replacing the white, snowy slopes. Holidays to Les Arcs go hand in hand with sporting activities and the resort has a whole new range of exciting games and adventures for guests to try.

Activities

In the summer, the trees come out in full bloom, which means keen adventurers of all ages can enjoy taking to the canopies at the Adventure Park with tree top exploration. Another big hit with summer visitors is canoeing. Led by a fully qualified professional, groups of four to five boats take to the white waters of Les Arcs for this adrenaline inducing activity. Equally exhilarating ways to get to know the Alps landscape in the summertime include mountaineering, trekking, cliff climbing, canyon exploring, mountain biking and glacier walks.

Things to see

Les Arcs also provides plenty of opportunities for less heart racing activities, for holidaymakers who want to make the most of the culture and art in this historic region. In nearby Bourg St Maurice there is the Maison de La Pomme, which is a museum focused on the area's tradition of apple pressing and comes complete with workshops, apple pressing activities and a working mill to view. Also in Bourg St Maurice is the Minerals and Fauna Museum. Late Arrival

Please inform the reception or the reservations centre in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.

Key Collection

Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your voucher.

Deposit

Upon arrival, you have to pay a deposit of 500 Eur (by bank card only) for your property. This will be returned to you within 15 days of your departure assuming there are no charges for breakages or additional cleaning.

Cleaning

End of Stay Cleaning is not included in the accommodation price and clients are required to clean the property before departure. Please note that cleaning products are not always provided.

An End of Stay Cleaning deposit will be taken upon arrival which will be returned along with your Damage Deposit.

Tourist Tax : 2.4 Eu per adult and per day.
Deposit : 500 Eur

Payment conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments if booked more than 60 days prior to arrival:
- 15% deposit at time of booking, 15% payment 60 days prior to arrival & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

2) Pay in 2 instalments if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival:
- 30% deposit at time of booking & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

3) Pay in 1 payment (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival)
- 100% at time of booking

Additional Extras:
- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to final payment
- Any extras added after final payment to be paid at time of addition to booking

Cancellation conditions

- From 41 days to 29 days before arrival : 25% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
- From 28 days to 15 days before arrival : 50% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
- From 14 days to the arrival day : 100% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
No show and ealry departure : 100% of the price of the holiday will be retained.

Special offer conditions (Early Booking) : free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
- From 60 days and up until the day of arrival 100% of the price of the holiday will be retained.
