Chalet Hosts
Our Chalet Hosts are unique people who have a natural flair for delivering quality customer service. You will need to prepare and serve a cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and an evening meal 6 days a week as well as clean the chalet and ensure that the chalet is operating smoothly. We want to exceed our guests' expectations so you must have an outgoing personality, be a team player and be very hardworking. Some catering knowledge will be an advantage but not necessary as we will provide you with training prior to first guests arrivals. Must hold an EU passport and UK National Insurance Number. Resort Manager
A challenging role that requires your total involvement in every aspect of the running of a busy ski resort. You will be responsible for all aspects of the resort and chalet operation. Key functions include staff management, budget control, resort sales (lift passes, ski hire and ski school), transfers, ordering of food, resort store, customer service, complaint handling, food hygiene and health and safety. Excellent problem solving and communication skills will be needed to effectively manage and motivate your team to ensure that guests receive the highest possible level of service. To apply for this role you will need to have a full, clean driver's license and minimum of 2 years experience in either catering or in a management role. A good level of French is also desirable. You must hold an EU passport and a UK Nat Ins No.

Chalet Chefs
You will need to be a self-motivated individual who knows how to provide a first class service with a personal touch. You will be responsible for all aspects of your chalet from catering to domestic requirements. We have a variety of menus according to chalet and service level, therefore you could be cooking a standard 3-course meal for 10 guests or a 4-course meal with canapés for 40 guests. Excellent catering skills are essential and a catering qualification is preferred, however if you have extensive experience we would like to hear from you too. You must hold an EU passport and a UK Nat Ins No.

Drivers
Seeking mature individuals with European driving experience. Role will involve staff and client transfers, food deliveries and general movements of any goods required to resorts. You must hold an EU passport and a UK Nat Ins No. and a full clean driver's licence.

Maintenance & Building Officers
Seeking mature individuals with excellent maintenance skills, should have some formal training as electrician, plumber, or carpenter. Role will involve maintenance of apartments, chalets, cars, white goods, snow clearing, deliveries... Some French and a clean driving licence essential. You must hold an EU passport and a UK Nat Ins No.

Account Assistants and Office Administrators
We are looking for experienced Account Assistants and Office Administrators with fluent French to work in our office in Chambery, France for the winter season.

Transport Manager
We also seek a Transport Manager who will plan, co-ordinate and execute transfers to and from the airport and train stations. This is a demanding and challenging role suitable for a candidate who is highly motivated, good at problem solving, well organised and able to work efficiently under pressure. Communicating weekly passenger details with the airlines and rail suppliers on a weekly basis as well as issuing e tickets to clients are just some of the additional roles this job involves. A good commercial mind is essential for the growth of this role and division and the candidate will be required to increase the turnover of this division year on year. You must hold an EU passport and a UK Nat Ins No. and a clean driving licence. Fluent French is essential and prior experience working overseas preferred although not compulsory.

Hotel Managers
We are looking for Hotel Managers with at least 2 years of management experience in the leisure industry and a good working knowledge of running a hotel or restaurant. Candidates should have conversational French as a minimum. You must hold an EU passport and a UK Nat Ins No. Fluent French is recommended.

Graduate & Gap-Year Students
We are looking for Graduate & Gap-Year Students with excellent language skills, good organistional and interpersonal skills for 3 to 12 month missions in our French offices for UK students and in our UK offices for French students. You will integrate our existing operational teams and learn about the day to day operation of a busy International Travel Organisation. You must hold an EU passport and a UK Nat Ins No. and a clean driving licence.

Chamber Maids
We are looking for Chamber Maids with an eye for detail and an ability to work hard and provide excellent customer service. The job entails cleaning rooms, making beds, general cleaning duties and helping to serve evening meals. Some bar work possible. Knowledge of French is not essential but always recommended. Hotel Receptionists
We are looking for Hotel Receptionists with excellent inter-personal skills, good language skills. Some experience in the leisure industry will put you in an excellent position to succeed in this role. You must hold an EU passport and a UK Nat Ins No. and a clean driving licence. Resort Reps / Dream job
We are seeking dynamic individuals with excellent sales skills, an outgoing personality; energetic team players with great organisational skills. This is a demanding role that requires you to be pro-active and flexible. Your duties will include running an Apres Ski programme, Lift Pass and Ski Hire Sales, transfers, property management and chalet visits. You may also expected to clean, deliver wood, carry luggage, assist hosts and are responsible for weekly sales reports. Our guests requirements are a priority so a good dose of willingness in your attitude is a must. Excellent financial rewards paid monthly for reps hitting set sales targets.
