MIDI-PYRENEES
...is one of the largest regions in France and provides a fantastic location for an active holiday. The mountainous terrain is ideal for hiking, walking and cycling, as well as rock-climbing and occasionally white water rafting. The Pyrenees region is famous for its cheese production and its varied selection of fine wines. The region is home to plenty of markets and historic towns. The scenery can be stunning and is dotted with picturesque castles and churches.

Eauze
Eauze is a charming little town full of busy markets including the largest in the area selling virtually everything! The town is rich with traditional food and drink, from foie-gras to Armagnac brandy. The town offers plenty of shopping opportunities as well as a couple of nearby cathedrals to visit. There are a number of festivals which are more commonplace in the summer and bring an excitement to the town.
