The Daria i Nor residence in Alpe d'Huez is perfectly located for winter sports. In the heart of l'Éclose, it offers easy access to the slopes and lifts, maximizing your time on the slopes.
You can leave the residence ski-in ski-out and take the "Alpe Express" gondola, 100m away. To return, get off at the Eclose stop.
The resort benefits from optimum sunshine, with over 300 days of sunshine a year, providing pleasant conditions for skiing. Residents can admire the surrounding peaks, such as Rateau and Mont Blanc, for a spectacular winter experience.
The residence also offers convenient access to the resort's shops and restaurants, allowing guests to enjoy the lively atmosphere after a day on the slopes. In short, the Daria i Nor residence is an ideal choice for winter sports enthusiasts, offering direct access to the slopes, stunning views and remarkable sunshine.

The apartments

The Residence's apartments are all equipped to maximize your comfort. Each apartment includes a living room with a private balcony, bedrooms with 160 x 200 (double bed) and 80 x 190 (single bed) beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
Please note that in the case of apartments with cabins, this may be an open-plan mountain area without windows.
All apartments feature the following amenities: microwave, electric oven, fridge, hob with hood, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, safe, flat-screen TV with international channels, WiFi connection and telephone (calls subject to charges).

Payment conditions

Madame Vacances offers you 3 payment solutions:
1) Pay in 3 installments, and pay only 10% at reservation (this payment facility is possible for any reservation made more than 70 days before the stay).
- 10 % at reservation, 10 % 2 months before arrival and the balance 1 month before arrival.

2) Pay in 2 instalments (provided you book more than 30 days before your stay).
- 30 % at reservation and the balance 1 month before arrival.

3) Pay in 1 time
-Any additional services added 30 days before the arrival date will be added to the final payment.
-Any additional services added after the last payment will be paid at the time of the addition.

For payments by check or vacation check the deposit must be made by credit card - Visa, Master Card, American Express and the 2nd and / or 3rd payment can be made by check or vacation check.

For reservations made at least one month prior to the arrival date, you must pay 30% deposit by credit card and the rest can be paid by check or vacation check.

For reservations made at least two months before the date of arrival, you must pay 15% deposit by credit card and you can pay the next 2 installments by check or check vacations.

Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount must be paid online, by credit card, at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

Les frais d'annulation des réservations fermes décidés par l'hébergeur sont les suivantes :

- A partir de la réservation et jusqu'à 31 jours avant la date d'arrivée prévue : annulation sans frais

- Entre 30 jours et jusqu'à 16 jours avant la date d'arrivée prévue : 50% de frais d'annulation

- De 15 jours avant la date d'arrivée prévue et jusqu'au jour d'arrivée et/ou en cas de non-présentation du client : 100 % du montant du séjour à titre d'indemnité forfaitaire.
