Les Chalets d’Isola are perfectly located for a summer holiday in Isola 2000. Set just 200m from the centre of the village, and the activities, shops and restaurants, the chalets are in a prime location for an alpine adventure.
Situated in the heart the Mercantour National Park, there are 600km of marked pathways to explore, showing off the region’s beautiful flora and fauna, including oak and olive trees, and firs, spruces and pines. There are many animals to keep an eye out for, including ermine, marmots, red deer, wild boar, buzzards and golden eagles. Guests are also just an hour and a half from Nice, the capital of the French Riviera, with its international airport and urban charms.
These charming chalets allow guests to sit back, relax and admire the beautiful mountains from the comfort of the large south-facing terrace. Guests can enjoy the traditional wooden interiors and bright comfortable furnishings as the Mediterranean sun floods through the tall windows of the chalet. Spend evenings around the fire after a long day of skiing or hiking, catch up on the news and sports or curl up with a film on the TV. A fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, hot plates, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle cafetière, toaster and all crockery and cutlery, offers the freedom to prepare delicious meals as and when it suits.
Les Chalets d’Isola are ideal for families and larger groups, sleeping at least six people, with the largest sleeping up to ten guests. Madame Vacances’ expert French and English speaking staff are on hand to assist with any enquiries before, during and after your holiday, and customers can enjoy discounts on ski hire and lift passes.
The charming chalets, made of local wood and stone, fit in perfectly with their surroundings and consist of two very comfortable apartments which are spacious and well decorated. Each one has a lounge with a fire place and a large south-facing terrace; ideal elements for a ski holiday combining sport and relaxation.
All chalets at Les Chalets d’Isola are self-catered, meaning you can take the short walk into the centre of the resort and enjoy the range of restaurants and bars to be found there, from traditional Raclette restaurants to crêpe cafés or a tasty pizza takeaway, eaten in the comfort of your chalet. Guests can also cook their own delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, with a small choice of food shops in the Isola 2000 resort.
