The Apartments

Living room with a truckle bed or a sofa bed and dining area.

The Resort

La Norma is located at 1350 m altitude, on a vast wooded plateau open on the Vanoise massif and the high valley of the Arc in the Northern Alps. The cosy atmosphere and 100% pedestrian centre make La Norma the ideal place for a successful family ski holiday.

Ski Area

La Norma ski area covers 700 hectares, from 1350 to 2750 m, and has 65 km of slopes. The North West exposure guarantees good snow all winter long.

Activities

At La Norma there is not only skiing to enjoy! Discover ice climbing, tobogganing and snowshoeing. There is also a selection of restaurants, pubs and a cinema.

Late Arrival

In case of late arrival please inform the reception, they will explain you how to take possession of your keys.

Check-in and check-out

Arrival after 5 pm and departure before 10 am. The reception is in the building Les Chalets de la Vanoise. This is where you will be able to collect your keys.

Cleaning

End of stay cleaning is not included in the accommodation price.

Payment Options

Summer/Ski France offers 3 options for payment:
1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*. *(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival). For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher. Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Conditions

- If you choose Standard Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival : refund of deposit paid
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 25% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the price of the holiday
-Between 13 days and 8 days before arrival: 75% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

- If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

- If you choose Non Refundable Conditions

As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time.

Your stay at Résidence Les Chalets et Balcons de la Vanoise is contracted with the Madame Vacances Group, working as a Travel Agent (Siret: 491 366 092 00014; Numéro de Licence: IM073100087)
