Location

Les Lodges des Alpages are located in a quiet area of La Plagne, in the village of Plagne Soleil, overlooking the beautiful mountains and the resort. The lodges are southerly and westerly facing, soaking up the glorious sunshine of the French Alps, and overlooking the Tarentaise valley.

The accommodation provides the perfect location to explore La Plagne, with the central square of Plagne Soleil, and it's small selection of shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep and the main resort of Plagne Centre only a short free shuttle bus or car journey away. Straight from the lodges, guests will find beautiful trails and walks to explore throughout around the La Plagne plateau.

Apartment

Perfect for families and groups, Les Lodges des Alpages sleep up to four, six or eight people, with comfortable and cosy interiors. Most of the apartments offer guests a terrace, and all come with a balcony where you can enjoy the warm sunshine of Plagne Soleil and views of the resort and the mountains beyond.
The functional apartments provide a cosy, homely feel for a relaxed evening after an active day on the mountain. There is Wi-Fi available in reception, as well as fondue and raclette grills available to hire for those wanting to try out some classic French dishes. Kitchens are fully-equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday, with hobs, a microwave and/or oven, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and cafetière.

Board options

All the lodges are self-catered and come with a fully-equipped kitchen, offering the option to make your own meals or head out into the resort where you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants. There is a small supermarket within walking distance for guests to pick up any essentials. Ask the reception staff if you would like to hire a traditional French raclette or fondue kit.

Late arrival (after 8pm)

Please inform the reception or the reservations centre in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.

Check in is from 5 pm onwards at the reception.

Deposit

Upon arrival, you have to pay a deposit of 400 Eur (Visa, Mastercard, French Cheque) for your property. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages or additional cleaning.

Cleaning

End of Stay Cleaning is not included in the accommodation price and clients are required to clean the property before departure. Please note that cleaning products are not always provided.

Payment conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 14 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 15 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 Eu on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 Eu.

- Any extras added more than 15 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
-If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 Eu is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 15 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

1) If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

2) If you choose Standard Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

3) If you choose Non Refundable Conditions
As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time
