Situation

Chalet Altitude is a luxury 5 star residence, offering high quality apartments and an outstanding view of the valley and Mont Blanc. The apartments have been decorated in traditional savoyard wooden style and all have a fireplace for you to enjoy in the evenings. There is also an indoor swimming pool with tropical waterfall jets and a children's pool in the residence. Located in the Paradiski area, good quality snow is guaranteed for the whole winter season.

The apartments

All apartments are equipped with:
- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle.
- Living room with freestone chimney

- Beds will be made upon your arrival (except for beds in the living-room)
- For beds in the living room: bed linen, one blanket and pillow are provided

The station

Les Arcs is located near the national park La Vanoise, in the French region of Savoie. The resort of Les Arcs is located on the second largest ski domain in the world (Paradiski) with 435 km of pistes and 255 pistes offering a view of Mont Blanc.

Ski area

Located in the heart of the mountains, Les Arcs 2000 is one of the 5 villages in the Les Arcs resort and there are slopes for all types of skiers.

Activities

Arcs 2000 has a large choice of winter activities for the entire family, from skiing, to paragliding and sledging. You can admire the snow capped mountains while dog sledging or ski joëring. If you are looking for a unique ski experience, you can head to the biggest Igloo Village in the French Alps and its ice cave, igloo bar, dance floor and dining area, perched at an altitude of more than 2000m.

Payment Options

Summer/Ski France offers 3 options for payment:
1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*. *(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival). For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher. Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Conditions

If you choose Standard Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival: 25% of the price of the holiday
-Between 14 days and 9 days before arrival: 50% of the price of the holiday
-Between 8 days and 3 days before arrival: 75% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 2 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

- If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

- If you choose Non Refundable Conditions

As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time.

Booking Contract

Your stay at Chalet Altitude Arc 2000 is contracted with the Madame Vacances Group, working as a Travel Agent (Siret: 491 366 092 00014; Numéro de Licence: IM073100087)

Late arrival procedure

In case of late arrival, please inform the reception of the residence or the reservation centre before 6pm and they will explain how to collect your keys.

Procedure for handing over the keys

Arrival: keys will be handed over on Saturday from 17h
Departure: return of keys and inventory of fixtures on Saturday before 10am

Security deposit

500 Eur per apartment to be paid on arrival (cheque, cash or credit card except American Express)
