The resort

Boasting 225km of slopes, guaranteed snow and with a glacier at 3600m altitude Les 2 Alpes has truly found its place amongst resort royalty. Located in Isère, Les 2 Alpes was one of the first resorts founded in France in the 1930s and has kept its' picturesque village charm to this day. The resort joins together two villages ‘Venosc' and ‘Mont-de-Lans' creating the name the ‘two Alps.'

Ski area

Whatever your level, Les 2 Alpes has something for everyone. Beginners can learn on the free slopes, adventure seekers can try out night skiing on the Lutins piste and the multi-zone Snowpark is the ultimate location for those looking to perfect their backflips. There are also many different ski schools where you can book individual or group classes to improve your technique. Surrounded by charming mountain villages, the family friendly Les 2 Alpes resort offers you a unique landscape with breathtaking views of the Ecrins national park. Its geographical location can guarantee great skiing conditions even in the summer!

Activities

While Les 2 Alpes offers one of the best ski and snowboarding experiences in the French Alps, there is much more to discover here. Ice-skating, sledging, snowmobiles, ice climbing, snowshoeing, paragliding and ice cave exploring are just some of the activities you can enjoy. As the day ends, the lively nightlife begins with concerts, shows and events taking place across the resort all season. With our transport service ‘MV Transport' getting there couldn't be easier! You can arrive by train or plane to Grenoble, Chambery or Geneva and we will take you directly to the residence.

Payment Options

Summer/Ski France offers 3 options for payment:
1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*. *(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival). For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher. Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Conditions

- If you choose Standard Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival : refund of deposit paid
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 25% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the price of the holiday
-Between 13 days and 8 days before arrival: 75% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

- If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

- If you choose Non Refundable Conditions

As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time

Late arrival procedure

In the case of late arrival please inform the reception before 19H. They will explain you how to take possession of your keys.

By car

Direct motorway from Paris, Lille, Marseille, Montpellier, Lyon and Brussels : take the motorway to Grenoble. Exit n°8 Briançon-Vizille-Stations de l'Oisans. Follow RN 91 towards Briançon via Bourg d'Oisans, Chambon dam and take the D 213 on the right. At the entrance of the resort : stay on the main avenue ( Avenue de la Muzelle). Once arrived at the roubdabout "Place de Mont de Lans", turn on the left. The residence in the facing Intersport shop.

By train

Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport : Transfer to Les 2 Alpes via Grenoble by shuttle. Chambéry-Aix airport, Grenoble airport, Saint Geoirs airport: transfer to Les 2 Alpes via Grenoble by shuttle and bus connection between the ski resort and Grenoble
