Location

Ski France welcomes you into the heart of the Les Orres ski resort, with the comfortable and beautifully furnished Residence Les Balcons des Airelles. The apartments are located close to the main ski lift and within easy walking distance of the resort centre. There are sublime views down into the valley and up to the mountains and the residence is situated just 15 minutes from the town centre. The town itself is home to shops, bars, restaurants and activities, with attractions to be enjoyed all year round. Skiing is the main activity during the winter season and with 88km of pistes available, it's ideal for both advanced and beginner skiers.

The apartments

The Residence Les Balcons des Airelles adds comfort and security to family ski holidays in Les Orres. You'll find all the little details taken care of, well laid out apartments, and stunning views from almost all of the rooms. After a day on the slopes guests can make use of the complex's indoor heated swimming pool (closed once a week), as well as the sauna. Enjoy views of the stunning mountain and forest terrain surrounding the Residence from your own private balcony, or make delicious dishes in the well equipped kitchen.

Ski France's experienced staff are able to book ski passes, arrange equipment hire, and assist with much more for your holiday in these beautiful apartments.

Board options

All of the apartments are self-catered, with a fully-equipped kitchen allowing you to choose your own products from the local supermarkets to make homemade dishes, with international as well as French options. Home to a variety of restaurants and bars, the resort of Les Orres is well equipped with a variety of cuisines.

Services

The residence offers a video game area. Footballs and board games are available for loan at the reception. Your residence also organizes a welcome drink and a snack for the children once a week.

Les Orres

Les Orres offers guests a range of skiing opportunities, with 88km of pistes connected by 25 ski lifts. There are plenty of runs for beginners as well as expert skiers, with the resort being part of the larger Haute Alpes region, and 40km of cross country skiing to be explored. Advanced skiers can enjoy four black runs and 20 red, while slower skiers and beginners have seven green runs and six blue to explore.

Ski area

With 100km of pistes and an altitude of between 1500m and 2500m, the Les Orres region offers a fantastic ski location. The resort's altitude means it receives good snow coverage during the winter months, and there is even a snow park where guests can enjoy boarder-cross, the snake run, and a slopestyle zone. The ski season generally runs between December 19th and April 17th, and there are 37 slopes (seven green, six blue, four black, and 20 red), and 19 ski lifts across the area.

Additional activities

Those wanting to explore the mountain are ideally located at the Residence Les Balcons des Airelles. Close to the main ski lift, you can take hiking or snow shoe trails to admire the incredible views from a different angle. Alternatively, try the family friendly activities available in the resort, including pony or dog sledding, ice skating, or tobogganing through the snow. Other relaxing activities include a trip to the spa, shopping or dining at one of the restaurants in Les Orres.

What's new for the winter season ?

- A zipline crossing the ski area from 2240m,
- A new 6 places detachable chairlift,
- A new beginner area in the snow front at Les Orres 1800 with 2 new moving walkways : One of 200m will serve the beginners slope as well as the green slope Marmots, which takes you back to Les Orres 1650. Another one of 55m will serve a toboggan run on snow and a first gliding area. They are free and will also allow pedestrians to access the ski school gardens.

Late arrival (after 8 pm)

Please inform the reception or the reservations centre in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.

Key collection

Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at Parc des Airelles's reception on presentation of your voucher.

Deposit

On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 400Eu (Visa, Euro Card, French Cheque) for your apartment. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Cleaning

End of Stay Cleaning is not included in the accommodation price and clients are required to clean the property before departure. Please note that cleaning products are not always provided.

An End of Stay Cleaning deposit of 56-112Eu (depending on type) will be taken upon arrival which will be returned along with your Damage Deposit.

Payment conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two installments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 installment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 Eu on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 Eu.

- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
- If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 Eu is not available on these prices).

For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking. 2) Pay in full (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival)

Cancellation policy

1) If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

2) If you choose Standard Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

3) If you choose Non Refundable Conditions
As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time

From the North: Motorway exit Grenoble (150km). Then N85 or N75 untill Embrun From the South: Motorway A51 untill La Saulca-Tallard and then N94 untill Embrun and then Les Orres. The residence is situated at Préclaux area, out of the village centre Lyon 250 km, Grenoble 150 km, Marseille 220 km, Briançon 60 km, Gap 46 km.
