The Location

Hidden in a quiet, peaceful hamlet on the hillside overlooking Val d'Isère, Chalet Falaise is blessed with extensive views of the valley and mountains. The ski lifts and village centre are just 700m away, and with a private shuttle journey included to take you to and from the pistes each day as well as a shuttle into the centre on two evenings you'll enjoy hassle-free access to the delights of this world-class resort.

The Chalet

Spanning four beautifully furnished floors, this impeccably decorated chalet makes ample use of natural materials such as wooden beams, stone, and sheepskin rugs. Its four lovely double bedrooms are flooded with light thanks to the full-height windows, and boast private or en-suite bathrooms. There's also a further children's bunk room, ideal for two little ones. The generously proportioned living space has been cleverly designed to comprise three distinct areas, while still retaining its relaxed, open plan feel. At one end, the large L-shaped sofa is the perfect place to curl up by the crackling log fire and gaze at the peaks. At the other end, there's a fully equipped kitchen and doors opening onto the balcony, a wonderful spot for sipping your morning coffee. At the heart of the room is the dining area, where you can admire sweeping alpine vistas through the many large windows. Beneath the chalet you'll find a garage with two spaces and a ski room with heated boot warmers, so you'll be treated to toasty ski boots each morning before you head to the pistes. On your return, a lift takes you from here directly to the living space, for the ultimate convenience.

What's Included?

We include: beds made on arrival, three mid-week cleaning services (on Monday, Wednesday and Friday), end of stay cleaning, mid-week towel change, local tourist tax, satellite TV & free WIFI access in the chalet.

Please note that this chalet is not wheelchair accessible and would not be suitable for people with restricted mobility.

Private Shuttle

Included in your stay at Chalet Falaise is a private shuttle service for transport to and from the slopes, available every day (except arrival and departure day). The service is limited to 1 trip each morning and evening. In addition, guests benefit from two evening shuttle transfers, available until 11:00 PM, offering convenient access to the resort's restaurants and amenities.

Premium Contactless Catering Service

Ski France presents the next generation of chalet holidays, for a contactless world. Your chalet will be ready on arrival - beds made, dinner ready and fridges stocked*, wine-cellars replenished, skis and lift passes all booked. But you won't see us. We'll be at the end of the phone, but there will be no contact, unless you need it. We will visit your chalet mid-week to give it a full clean and change of towels, but this shall be done during the day, whilst you're out on the slopes. You and your family will be safe and looked-after, as we work in the background, providing everything you need.

Our contactless catering service comes with the choice of two pricing options, a fixed menu with food and drink included in the price, and our self catered option which does not include food or drink, so you are free to tailor-make your holiday meals on a budget that suits you.

For those looking for a simple packaged chalet price, we are offering an all-inclusive price, which includes rental of the chalet and your food and drink for the week. Included will be breakfast, snacks to take with you skiing, afternoon tea and cakes/snacks, pre-dinner nibbles a three course dinner on 6 out of 7 nights, with a selection of after dinner cheeses, plus champagne for your first night, a kir for before dinner and unlimited wine and some beers. We have prepared a delicious menu for the week, with a mix of ready prepared meals from a local delicatessen and easy to cook dishes or sides. All that will be required from you is to pop a few things in the oven and throw together a few ingredients to make a simple salad, or steam a few vegetables as sides to your main meal.

Perhaps you want the freedom to choose your own menus, or perhaps you'd prefer to eat out more than one evening during the week, or you just love to cook yourself and enjoy the holidays where you have time to do this in a relaxed way. That's where our self catering service comes in. As an alternative to the service detailed above, we will also offer a lower rate, which does not include the food and drink for the week.

Our aim is to provide the safest possible environment for a ski holiday, whilst staying as affordable as possible. The new way to holiday will be by enjoying the facilities, food and beverages but without the staff waiting on you hand and foot. That will keep things safe and affordable. However, for those in search of a little more luxury, we are able to provide drivers, chefs, daily cleaning, ski lessons etc, all of which can be discussed at the time of booking or with our concierge service prior to arrival.

*Please note that for the self catered option, ski hire and lift passes come at additional costs and are not included in the chalet price. Ski hire and lift passes can be booked in advance with our preferential rates. For our fixed menu option, the price does not include ski hire and lift passes, but it does include breakfast and afternoon tea for 7 days, plus a 3-course dinner with beer and wine for 6 days.
