Superbesse is a resort located in Auvergne between 1350 and 1850m altitude, offering sunny slopes and fun actitivies for the whole family, including night skiing!

The Apartments

In every apartment you will find : a kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, hob and fridge. A living room with sofa bed or pull out trundle bed and television. Bathroom with bathtub. Balcony or Terrasse.

Services

Included: Games room (billiards, flippers, babyfoot), free Wi-Fi in the lounge, ski locker, TV, bed linen, outdoor parking, swimming pool during summer, cot and high chair (on request and availability).

Not included: Animal up to 10kg: Eur45/week or Eur8/night. More than 10kg: Eur60/week or Eur10/night. Towel, cleaning kit, bathroom linen, holiday tax (minors are excluded), End of stay cleaning (on reservation and excluding the kitchen and dishes), sauna, automatic laundrette open 7 days a week.

The resort

In Auvergne, Super Besse is a modern resort labelled 'mountain family plus' meaning the whole family can discover the slopes. In the evening Superbesse also offers a variety of activites and traditional restaurants.

Ski area

In Super-Besse the ski area is approximately 1350-1800m (southern slope), there are 27 different pistes; 5 green, 9 blue, 9 red and 4 black with 23 ski lifts. Moreover there is a snowpark, a freestle jump area and even a night time ski area.

Whether you are looking for Alpine or Cross country skiing Super Besse has a lot to offer ! Off the slopes snowshoeing, dog sledging and climbing walls are just some of the fun activities to try out.

On your day of departure keys will need to be returned to reception before 10am.

End of stay cleaning is to be paid extra (on reservation and excluding the kitchen and dishes).

Payment Conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
- If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Conditions

In the event of cancellation of the stay by the customer, the following costs will be retained:
-More than 30 days before arrival: refund of deposit paid
-From 30 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay
-From 13 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay
-7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay

At 35 km distance from A75, exit number 6 at 20 km south of Clermont-Ferrand, then follow the direction of Besse.

By Train
Train station Clermont-Ferrand, then bus to Besse.

By plane
The closest airports are Lyon 210 km (2H15), Montpellier 330 km (3H30), Paris 465 km (4H30).
