Located in one of the leading winter sports destinations, not just in France but worldwide, Hôtel Courchevel Olympic could not be better placed for a memorable ski holiday. The hotel lies in the heart of Courchevel (formerly known as Courchevel 1850), in the Alps' 3 Valleys, the largest ski area in the world. Just 100m from the pistes and ski lifts and tourist office at La Croisette and a little further from the shops and entertainment at the Forum. There is also an excellent shuttle service linking Courchevel 1850 to the other villages in the Courchevel Valley, giving you the chance to explore as much of this vast resort as possible.

There are a number of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, offering menus that include Italian, local delicacies and superb cheeses. For a well-earned drink, you'll find several bars close by. Medical, banking and postal services are all within walking distance from Hôtel Courchevel Olympic.

Hôtel Courchevel Olympic is a small, friendly hotel providing a homely, affordable base in the heart of Courchevel. Intimate and welcoming hotel, the hotel offers 27 rooms. Relax in the cosy, recently renovated lounge-bar, where guests can enjoy a drink, warm themselves by the fire or play a game of pool.

All of the rooms at Hôtel Courchevel Olympic have large windows making for a light and airy atmosphere. Standard rooms are simple and comfortable whereas superior rooms were renovated in 2014 and offer an even greater level of comfort and chic-boutique style. Room facilities include a private shower room and WC, television, and balcony and superior rooms have extra touches. Ski France welcome families and smaller children, and cribs and extra beds are available on request.

Board options

Guests at Hotel Courchevel Olympic can choose between breakfast, half board or all inclusive. The latter has been specially designed for value for money, with food including breakfast, lunch and dinner and a selection of unlimited drinks in the hotel bar until 10pm. Lunch is served on the Café del Mott terrace, at sister hotel, Hotel le Mottaret' with a plentiful buffet including starters, main courses, a selection of cheese and desserts. For All Inclusive guests it is also possible to eat at partner restaurants in the Three Valleys for lunch, a perfect way to enjoy the different areas of the ski resort. Dinner will be a 4-course menu of the day' served in the hotel bar/restaurant.

B&B: buffet breakfast includes a selection of cold drinks, fruit, cereals, breads and cold meats served daily in the lounge-bar.
Half board: a daily menu with a vegetarian option each day. The menu will change every day and include soup of the day, starter, main course and dessert.
All Inclusive: drinks included from 10am to 10pm, and for lunch a choice between:

Courchevel

The superb winter sports destination of Courchevel lies at the eastern end of the famous 3 Valleys ski area. Aside from world-renowned skiing, Courchevel is popular for its range of nightlife and après-ski options. With many wealthy visitors, especially from Russia, the resort has a number of boutique shops and Michelin-starred restaurants. Visitors looking for an elegant cocktail can head to a sophisticated but simple piano bar, there's a great choice of wine bars. Those looking for laid-back beers, open fires, or live bands should head to Courchevel Moriond (1650) , Courchevel Village (1550) or La Tania for the classic après-ski scene. Jump on the free bus from 1850 or even better, finish skiing in one of the other villages and catch the bus home at the end of the party.

3 Valleys ski area

The Courchevel Valley itself comprises five villages and lays claim to 150km of alpine runs - an impressive ski area in its own right. Access is first-class, with a total of 58 lifts. The resort is popular due to its diversity and north-facing aspect, which contributes some of the best ski conditions in the entire 3 Valleys ski area. Boasting the title of the world's largest interconnected ski area, the 3 Valleys is a 'must-ski' for any winter sports enthusiastic. Whether you're just starting out or you've been roaming the slopes for years, the mix of 'easy' (approximately half) and advanced pistes offers a fantastic variety of exhilaration. The area delivers a total 600km of interconnected slopes, 180 ski lifts and eight resorts, each with their own distinct character and appeal.

Activities

Aside from evening entertainment, Courchevel offers all the winter activities you'd expect of a resort of this size. Hiking excursions, helicopter tours and spa packages are all available. Plus there's an ice skating rink and bowling alley. Impressive Aquamotion swimming pool, spa and wellness centre in Courchevel 1550.

Payment conditions

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 installments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two installments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 14 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 15 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 installment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
- If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Early check-in rate: you can access your room from 12pm, earlier than the usual 3pm check-in

Cancellation conditions

- If you choose Free Cancellation
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 14 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 14 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

- If you choose Standard Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time
