Location

The recently renovated Ibiza hotel offers classy 3-star ski accommodation in a picturesque location at the end of the valley, not far from the resort centre of Les Deux Alpes. Guests of the Ibiza can benefit from easy access to the resorts amenities as well as its incredible high-altitude ski area.

Guests can soak up spectacular views from the Ibiza hotel, over the peaks and valleys of the Ecrins National Park. The ski lifts are just 300m from the property and can be conveniently accessed on weekdays via Ski France's free shuttle bus (Monday to Friday) or within a 15-minute walk.

Accommodation

To make this moment perfect, our Duplex suites have been completely revamped. Still with large south-facing windows, enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains in a completely redesigned decor. New decoration, equipped lounge area, new furniture and decoration revised down to the smallest detail, everything is designed for a warm and friendly moment.
There is a free private shuttle bus on weekdays to take guests to and from the ski lifts, as well as plenty of opportunities to relax in the evening.

Kick back in the bar and lounge, enjoy delicious meals in the restaurant or a drink on the large, south facing outdoor terrace as you take in the stunning alpine views and fresh air. Those looking to completely unwind can head to the heated indoor swimming pool and spa to relax sore muscles.

Most of the 60 rooms at the hotel are south-facing, with full length windows and a balcony offering glorious views over the stunning peaks of the Ecrins National Park. All enjoy warm furnishings with wood features and plush, comfortable facilities. A choice of rooms, from twin or doubles to family suites, sleeping up to four people, or duplex family suites, sleeping up to five, are available.

The Ibiza offers guests a range of different boarding options. The hotel's half-board option includes breakfast and a three-course buffet dinner. Guests can also upgrade to the all-inclusive board option, which includes breakfast served until 10 a.m., lunch at the hotel buffet (salad bar, choice of starter ;main course ;dessert with picnic option for outdoor lunch), a five-course buffet dinner in the form of a large buffet (soup, salad bar, choice of starter; main course; cheese; desserts) and unlimited soft and hot drinks, wine and beer served between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. and a wider selection of alcoholic beverages served between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Hotel facilities:

Payment options

Ski France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 installments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two installments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 14 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 15 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 installment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 15 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
-If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 15 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

- If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 14 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 14 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

- If you choose Standard Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

- If you choose Non Refundable Conditions
As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time
