Here in the French Alps we’re spoilt by all the beautiful ski resorts we have. Of course, we think the most beautiful ski resorts are the French ones..but we’re biased! However, it’s no secret that many of our French slopes are as pretty as pictures. Christmas card pictures to be precise. So what better time of year to simply enjoy the splendour of our very own French Alps?

We think you’ll agree, our resorts are just too gorgeous to resist, so we’ve popped in a few handy links to our properties at each lovely snow-capped destination.

Tignes

A high-altitude resort with fabulous pistes and even better views. You’re going to have to concentrate on the ski-lift here, because the views are very distracting!

 

Les 2 Alps

Les 2 Alps benefits from its own glacier, and if that wasn’t cool enough, the resort enjoys reliable snowfall and an excess of off-piste activities.

 

Meribel

Picturesque chalet-style architecture, pine forests and a village atmosphere will have you gazing around in wonder at Meribel. Couple that with access to 600km of pistes, and this destination makes for one tempting resort!

 

Morillon

Found just 50 minutes from Geneva, Morillon is a lesser-known but just as lovely small resort. Within the Grand Massif ski area, Morillon is a traditional village with a fast cable car linking skiers to the wonderful Grand Massif pistes.

 

Saint Jean d’Arves

With the whole Sybelles domain at your leisure, ski holidays in Saint Jean d’Arves are pretty as a picture, and surrounded by mountain village comfort.

 

Mottaret

The smaller village to Meribel, Mottaret sits further up the mountain, giving fantastic access to the pistes, from which the resulting views are to die for.

 

Les Arcs

A huge resort made up of four villages, all of them very family-friendly, Les Arcs doesn’t disappoint on views. Just wait until you hop on that ski lift for vista views of the pistes.

 

Val Thorens

Welcome to the top of the world! Val Thorens is the highest resort in the Alps, so as well as being snow-sure, it presents a view that will literally take your breath away.

 

Chamonix

Popular, famed across the world, and very beautiful, Chamonix is an undoubtedly fantastic ski resort. Sitting at the foot of the Mont Blanc, be sure to pack your camera, because you’re in for a treat here.

 

Les Orres

88km of pristine pistes, peaceful holidays and a brilliant snow park await in Les Orres. Oh, and did we mention simply gorgeous views?
